The Teotihuacan Priests are a semi-professional Mexican ice hockey club from Mexico City that was founded in 2010 and plays in the Liga Mexicana Elite .
history
The Teotihuacan Priests took up the 2010/11 season as a founding member of the game operations in the first ever Mexicana Elite League . In its premiere season, the team finished third in the main round. In the playoffs, the team first defeated the Aztec Eagle Warriors in the semifinals with 2-0 wins and finally in the final the Mayan Astronomers with 2-1 wins, making the Teotihuacan Priests first champions of the new league.
The team name and the club logo are based on the ancient city of Teotihuacán .
