Tequila Aha Toro is one of the historic hacienda "El Olvido" in the small town of Jesús María produced Tequila , by the company Destilados Olé, SA de CV , located in Zapopan , Jalisco , in Mexico is sold.

Aha Toro brand tequila is produced in six varieties and filled in glass bottles of different colors. The bottle color of Tequila Blanco is blue, that of Reposado is sand-colored, that of Añejo is red and that of Ultra Aged ( Extra Añejo ) is orange. In addition, the special products Diva (pink) and Cream (black) are sold.

origin of the name

The name of the tequila goes back to an actually living bull ( span. Toro ) who had forcibly gained access to the warehouse at night in which the fresh agave fruits were stored, which were to be processed into tequila and instead served the bull for the feast. One evening, some workers lay in wait to catch the intruder in the act. They drove away the bull with the words: “Aha toro! Get out! Aha, aha! ”Soon a separate wall was erected in the warehouse to prevent the bull from further visits.

Awards

The Blanco and Añejo varieties were awarded gold medals at the 2008 and 2009 international spirits competitions.
