Teruaki Tayama

Teruaki Tayama ( Japanese 田 山 輝 明 ; Tayama Teruaki ; born January 21, 1944 in Gunma Prefecture ) is a professor of law at Waseda University and is currently one of the university's vice-presidents.

academic career

Tayama graduated from Waseda University with a bachelor's degree in 1966 . In 1971 he did his doctorate at Waseda and became an assistant professor there. In 1973 he became an associate professor, and in 1978 he held a chair at Waseda University. His subject is civil law .
