Schnippelsuppe

Schnippelsuppe , also Thuringian Schnippelsuppe, is a German regional soup from Thuringia . This clear vegetable soup is made from meat broth with chopped potatoes, kohlrabi, carrots, celery, onions and leeks and seasoned with fresh marjoram and parsley. Then it is completed with diced browned lean fat.
