The Alabama Barnstormers was a band name, of different Hillbilly - bands was used during the 1920s and 1930s.

Known Uses

The two most famous musicians who used this name were Riley Puckett and Hugh Cross , who released some of their duets together as The Alabama Barnstormers . However, most of their joint productions, such as the 1927 hit Red River Valley , appeared under their real names.

The old-time duo Darby and Tarlton used the name Alabama Barn Stormers for their recording of Little Bessie , which they made in Atlanta , Georgia , on October 31, 1929 , for the overseas releases in Great Britain and Australia , distributed by Regal-Zonophone were.
