The Austrasian Goat is a metal and post-industrial band founded in 2006 .

history

Julien "The Goat" Louvet, who lives in Lyon , founded The Austrasian Goat in 2006 in Metz as a solo project with the intention of realizing his idea of Black Metal . In addition to his solo project, the multi-instrumentalist and singer participates in a number of other music projects such as Hallowed Butchery , YRSEL or Shall Not Kill and maintains the label 213 Records . Louvet describes working with The Austrasian Goat as selfish self-actualization that stands out from the social interactions and difficulties in a band. In keeping with this self-image, he often experiments with The Austrasian Goat and does not finally commit to any form of play. Following this idea, he designed the few appearances with different musical orientations. The lyrical reference also varies between satanism , paganism and constant self-reflection .
