The Bulldog Trust is a non-profit foundation dedicated to the advancement and advancement of philanthropy. It was founded in 1983 by Richard Q. Hoare OBE to assist and advise charities with immediate financial difficulties. In March 2017, the Bulldog Trust launched The Fore program to support early-stage development of charities and social enterprises by providing funding and expertise, as well as the opportunity to share expertise.

The Foundation is based at Two Temple Place on the Victoria Embankment in the City of London .
