The Cullinan I + II ( Chinese  天 璽  /  天 玺 , Pinyin Tiānxǐ , Cantonese  Tin1 saai2 ) are two of the tallest skyscrapers in Hong Kong at 270 meters and 68 floors . The buildings were completed in 2008 and are part of the Union Square Complex. Another part of this complex is the International Commerce Center , the tallest skyscraper in Hong Kong at 484 meters.

The buildings named after the Cullinan diamond are primarily used as living space. The purchase prices of the apartments are currently (as of November 2013) at 32,000 Hong Kong dollars per square foot , which corresponds to around 33,000 EUR per square meter. The two penthouses were offered for around 30 million euros during the construction phase (which corresponds to a square meter price of around 70,000 euros) and, according to Time magazine 2009, were the most expensive apartments in the world.
