The Cyrkle was an American band.
history
The group was founded as The Rondells. In 1966, Brian Epstein heard the band in a New York club and took over management. Epstein first caused a name change to The Cyrkle and got the band a recording deal. With the song Red Rubber Ball they had their greatest success in the US charts in 1966 , reaching number 2 and number 32 in the UK charts. With Turn-down day they also reached number 16 in the US charts in 1966 The Cyrkle took part in the 1966 Beatles tour and were without a manager after Epstein's death in 1967; shortly afterwards the band broke up.
