The Fender IV

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Fender IV were an American surf band in the 1960s . Guitarist Randy Holden formed the band in Baltimore in 1962 , but moved to southern California in 1963 to play for a more receptive audience. When the Beatles wave spilled over to America in the middle of the decade and instrumental surf music was no longer popular, the Fender IV were renamed The Sons of Adam and from then on made music with singing.
