The Ivy Three was an American R&B vocal trio from the early 1960s.
history
The vocal trio The Ivy Three formed in 1959 at Adelphi College on Long Island . They got a record deal in 1960 and had their first and only chart success with their song Yogi . With Yogi they reached number 8 in the US charts. The song is based on a character from the Huckleberry Hound Show .
