The Mike Flowers Pops are a British pop band . It was founded in 1993 by the musician Mike Flowers.
history
The band had their biggest hit at Christmas 1995 when they entered the UK charts at number 2 with an easy-listening version of the Oasis classic Wonderwall and were awarded a silver record . So far, this single has sold more than half a million times worldwide. In 1996 the band released a cover version of the Prince song on their 1999 album A Groovy Place .
