The Monster in Adventureland ( Altoona , Iowa , USA ) is a steel roller coaster model Infinity Coaster from the manufacturer Gerstlauer Amusement Rides , which opened on June 4, 2016. It was built on the spot where the wild water course previously stood.
The 762 m long route reaches a height of 41 m and has a first descent of 101 °. The route also has five inversions : a dive loop , a Finnish loop , another dive loop, an Immelmann and a corkscrew . After Junker in PowerLand, it is the second roller coaster in the world to feature a Finnish loop .
