The Riot Squad
The Riot Squad was a British beat group created in the mid- 1960s by producers Larry Page and Joe Meek .
They recorded seven singles from 1965 to mid-1967 and were basically a pure studio group. At times the members included u. a. also Jon Lord , Mitch Mitchell or Graham Bonney .
Their songs were strongly influenced by R'n'B and were reminiscent of B. to Graham Bond . After the last single, the musicians broke up.
