The Rough Kutz

The Rough Kutz is an English ska - band from Stoke-on-Trent .

Band history

The Rough Kutz was founded in 1994 by Hazza (Hammond organ), Brigga (vocals) and Rat (guitar). In the following years the first concerts were played and various line-up changes took place until a relatively stable line-up was finally found around 2000. In 2001 the band was signed by the Antwerp -based independent label Skanky'Lil Records , and their debut album A Bit O 'Rough was released . The band then toured the UK and Europe. In 2003 the second album Welcome to our world was released . The third album Another week another was released in 2006 on Skanky'Lil Records. On this album, Roddy Radiation, the guitarist of The Specials , plays lead guitar on several tracks. The following European tour was also denied with Roddy Radiation as a guest musician.
