Tobinbo Gunnar "Toby" Gerhart (* 28. March 1987 in Norco , California ) is a former American American football poker players in the position of running backs . He last played for the Jacksonville Jaguars in the National Football League (NFL).
college
Gerhart started his college career in 2006 at Stanford University as a halfback , initially only as a backup. The following year Toby Gerhart was only able to play one game before he was eliminated the rest of the season due to a knee injury. 2008 he made his breakthrough and he broke with 1,136 erlaufenen yards school record. Minnesota Vikings
Although he could have had the option of an additional year of college due to his injury-related loss in 2007, he decided to move directly into the NFL Draft in 2010 . There the Minnesota Vikings signed the running back in the second round as the 51st player. Gerhart stayed there until the 2013 season , when he was only a backup behind Adrian Peterson .
Jacksonville Jaguars
In 2014, Gerhart was signed by the Jacksonville Jaguars . Both sides agreed on a three-year contract. In March 2016, Gerhart was released from the Jaguars.
