The content is about the stories of prominent stalking victims.
concept
The program deals with cases of stalking , the victims of which are prominent television and film personalities such as actors , singers and presenters . Prosecutors, senior investigators and psychologists report on the case and provide insights into the psyche of the stalkers. Scenes are re-enacted using original photos and videos, as well as contributions from television news and interviews with those involved. In addition, friends and acquaintances of the victim talk about the fears of the people concerned.
One famous personality and his stalking case are treated per episode.

The Stalker Files is a Buck Productions production for Reelz .
In July 2017, Reelz announced several new documentary series, including The Stalker Files . The broadcast should start on November 10, 2017. In fact, the first episode aired on January 27, 2018. The ten-part season was finally broadcast every Saturday from January 27 to March 3, 2018, mainly in double episodes on Reelz .
