The Time Machine in Freestyle Music Park ( Myrtle Beach , South Carolina , USA ) was a steel roller coaster model Sitting Coaster by the manufacturer Bolliger & Mabillard , which opened on April 15, 2008 as Led Zeppelin - The Ride in what was then Hard Rock Park . In 2009 it was closed together with the rest of the park. On January 25, 2017, the track was reopened under the name Dragon's Run in Dragon Park ( Ha Long , Quảng Ninh , Vietnam ).

journey

The Time Machine had six inversions : a 37 m high loop , a 29 m high cobra roll , a 23 m high zero-g-roll , another loop, and a corkscrew .

After the train left the station, it was pulled up a 46 m high lift hill. The first drop ended with the first loop followed by the cobra roll. After the zero-g-roll and the second loop, a helix followed before the train hit the block brake. Another small helix led into the corkscrew, after which another helix led into the final brake.

Trains

The Time Machine had two trains with eight cars each. Four people (one row) could sit in each car. Shoulder straps were used as a restraint system. During the journey as Led Zeppelin , passengers heard the song Whole Lotta Love by the Led Zeppelin band of the same name over the loudspeaker system built into the trains. The front end of the trains was designed in the shape of a zeppelin .
