Theodor Basté
Theodor Basté ( June 19, 1830 in Bernburg - August 27, 1887 in Karlsbad ) was a German theater actor and director .
Life
Basté, son of the theater director Julius Basté , began as a young lover before moving to the Imperial Russian Court Theater in St. Petersburg . His daughter Charlotte Basté was born there. After his return to Germany he worked as an independent theater director.
