Theresia Neuhofer (born December 19, 1963 ) is an Austrian politician ( ÖVP ) and farmer. Neuhofer was a member of the Salzburg state parliament from 2009 to 2018 .

Life

Neuhofer attended the commercial school in Neumarkt am Wallersee and then worked as a bank clerk. Neuhofer is married, has three daughters and works as a farmer.

Neuhofer was involved in the Young People's Party and was a member of the FB committee. She was subsequently elected as a local farmer and became a member of the ÖVP presidium. In addition, she was involved as a community representative in Straßwalchen, is deputy chairman in the farmers' union and councilor for agriculture in Salzburg. In addition, she has the function of a member of the district board of the ÖVP Flachgau, is a member of the district board of the farmers' union and a member of the ÖVP women. Neuhofer was sworn in as a member of the Salzburg state parliament on April 22, 2009 and took on the role of area spokesperson for agriculture, forestry and nature conservation in the ÖVP state parliament club. After the state elections in Salzburg in 2018 , she left the state parliament.
