Thomas Eininger

Thomas Eininger (born April 28, 1958 ) is a former German soccer player .

Eininger began his career at TSuGV Großbettlingen. Later he moved to FV 09 Nürtingen . In the A-Juniors, he moved to SSV Reutlingen . In the 1975/76 season Eininger played a second division game for the Swabians, who were relegated to the amateur league at the end of the season. Even in the 1976/77 season, the midfielder Eininger was still in the ranks of Reutlingen and was used, among other things, in the 1st DFB Cup main round. He later switched back to his home club TSuGV Großbettlingen, where he played until the end of his career.

Thomas Eininger is the brother of the Baden-Württemberg local politician Heinz Eininger , who is the district administrator in the Esslingen district.
