Thomas Hehde

Thomas Hehde (* 1963 ) is a German radio presenter and music journalist.

He learned the radio trade at the GDR youth radio DT64 . In 1990 he went to Potsdam to join the newly founded state broadcaster Antenne Brandenburg . Here he is still on air after 18 years. In between, Thomas Hehde also worked as a TV presenter and audio layout producer.

Today he moderates the Saturday evening show Partyzeit at MDR SACHSEN - Das Sachsenradio . He moved from the station "Antenne Brandenburg (rbb)".

On June 7, 1990, Thomas Hehde took over the legacy of the legendary program “Wünsch Dir schon mal Tanzmusik” on Antenne Brandenburg. The modern version was called "Dance Party", later "Party Time". The show is still on today (Saturday 7–10 p.m.). The show was often live. Stars of dance music gave each other the handle. Hehde already took care of disco and dance at DT64. Together with the editor Frank Menzel (today at Radio Fritz ) Thomas Hehde invented the “DanceCharts” in 1990.

At the MDR in Dresden he has been presenting the Oldie Parade since 1991. There he came out several times as an Elvis fan. However, this program was taken off the program after a program change. Instead, Thomas Hehde has become the moderator and DJ in the "party time" on Saturday evening, where he u. a. also responds to listener requests and also gives the party hit of the week to choose from. Thomas Hehde can also be seen from time to time as a disc jockey on television for MDR.

Thomas Hehde has worked as a lecturer and trainer for the well-known ems - Electronic Media School / School for electronic media in Potsdam-Babelsberg since 2001.
