Thomas Jendrosch

Thomas Jendrosch (* 1963 ) is a German professor of business psychology . His main research interests are in the areas of customer orientation , consumer psychology and behavioral research.

Jendrosch studied economics at the University of Wuppertal and the University of Cologne , and later also studied medicine at the University of Düsseldorf for a few semesters . He received his doctorate from the University of Wuppertal on a behavioral biological approach in marketing research.

Jendrosch worked for several years in industry and on the Rationalization Board of Trustees of German Business. V. (RKW). He then took on a professorship at the International School of Management (ISM) and then at the West Coast University of Applied Sciences (FHW).
