Thomas Poppe

Thomas Poppe (born March 18, 1952 ) is a German translator and author of esoteric guides, including on lunar rhythms and lunar calendars .

Life

Thomas Poppe grew up in Munich, graduated from high school there and then started studying American studies, newspaper sciences and political science at the Ludwig Maximilians University. He financed his studies and extensive travel activities by driving a taxi, translating and as a non-fiction author, among other things.

In 1988 Poppe met his future wife Johanna Paungger . From Austria native speaker lecture was at that time with the idea to write about their theories and views a book. These are her childhood experiences and things passed down from family history with regard to the influence of the lunar and natural rhythms on all living things. The result was the first joint book On the Right Time of the Couple, which was intended as an introduction to lunar knowledge. In 1993, the follow-up work was published on its own .

Together with Johanna Paungger Poppe, Poppe has written 11 books and designed calendars, which have sold over 14 million times and have been translated into 24 languages.

In 1999 Poppe and Paungger founded "Mondversand", a mail order company that sells products that are made in harmony with the rhythms of the moon and nature.
