Thorleif Birger Vangen (born September 11, 1920 in Vinger ; † March 1, 1996 in Eidskog ) was a Norwegian cross-country skier .
Vangen, who competed for the IL i BUL , took second place in 1946 and tenth place at the Holmenkollen Ski Festival over 50 km in 1947 . At the 1948 Winter Olympics in St. Moritz , he took part in the 50 km run, which he ended prematurely. At Norwegian championships in 1946 he won over 30 km, 50 km and with the relay, in 1947 over 30 km and in 1948 over 18 km
