Thrudheim

Thrudheim or Thrudvang (from old north. Þrúðheimr Þrúðvangr "power home", "force field") is the realm of Asen Thor ( Gylfaginnîng 21) in Norse mythology . The Bilskirnir Hall is in Thrudvang .

“Holy is the land that I see lying
near the Aesir and Alfen.
Thor should live there in Thrudheim
Until the gods perish. "

The prologue of the Snorra Edda equates Thrudheim pseudo-historically with Thrace .
