The city of Tianchang ( Chinese 天长市 , Pinyin Tiāncháng Shì ) is a county-level city in the prefecture-level city Chuzhou in the Chinese province of Anhui . It has an area of 1,770 square kilometers and has a population of around 620,000 (2004).
