Tiberius Claudius Iulianus

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Tiberius Claudius Iulianus was a Roman politician living in the 2nd century AD .

An inscription found in Durostorum and dated 144/148 proves that he was the commander ( legatus Augusti ) of the Legio XI Claudia . Through military diplomas , e.g. Some of them are dated September 27, 154, it is documented that Iulianus 154 was together with Sextus Calpurnius Agricola suffect consul ; the two held this office from September 1 to the end of October.
