The women's 4 x 400 meter relay at the 2019 African Games took place on August 30 at the Stade Moulay Abdallah in Rabat .

Seven womens clubs took part in the competition. The gold medal was won by Nigeria with 3: 30.32 min, silver went to Botswana with 3: 31.96 min and the bronze medal was won by Uganda with 3: 32.25 min.
