African Games 2019 / Athletics - Men's hammer throw

The men's hammer throw at the 2019 African Games took place on August 29 at the Stade Moulay Abdallah in Rabat .

Seven hammer throwers from four countries took part in the competition. Mostafa el-Gamel won the gold medal with 72.50 m, silver went to Alaaeldin Elashry with 72.04 m and the bronze medal was won by Islam Mohamed with 71.36 m.
