African Games 2019 / Athletics - 4 × 100 m men
The men's 4-by-100-meter relay at the 2019 African Games took place on August 27 and 28 at the Stade Moulay Abdallah in Rabat .
12 teams took part in the competition. The gold medal was won by Ghana with 38.30 s, which was also a new record in the African Games, silver went to Nigeria with 38.59 s and the bronze medal was won by South Africa with 38.80 s.
