Nsangou Tetndap (born September 3, 1995 ) is a Cameroonian sprinter who specializes in the 400-meter run .

Athletic career

Nsangou Tetndap gained his first international experience in 2018 at the African Championships in Asaba , where he made it to the semifinals in the 400-meter run and was eliminated there with 46.84 seconds. In addition, he finished seventh with the Cameroonian 4-by-100-meter relay in 39.93 s and was disqualified with the 4-by-400-meter relay in the preliminary run. The following year he was eliminated from the African Games in Rabat with 48.06 s in the first round and finished seventh in the 4 x 100 meter relay in 40.12 s.

In 2019 Tetndap became the Cameroonian champion in the 400-meter run.
