Nicholas Kiplangat Kipkoech (born October 22, 1992 ) is a Kenyan middle-distance runner who specializes in the 800-meter run .

Athletic career

Nicholas Kipkoech gained his first experience at international championships in 2009 at the World Youth Championships in Bressanone , where he won the bronze medal in the 800 meter run in 1: 51.01 min. At the IAAF World Relays 2015 in the Bahamas, he competed with the Kenyan 4 x 800 meter relay, but was disqualified there. In 2019 he took part in the Africa Games in Rabat for the first time , where he finished sixth in 1: 46.08 min and retired in the first round with the 4 x 100 meter relay with 41.28 seconds.
