African Games 2019 / Athletics - 4 × 100 m women
The women's 4 x 100 meter relay at the 2019 African Games took place on August 27 and 28 at the Stade Moulay Abdallah in Rabat .
13 women participated in the competition. The gold medal went to Nigeria with 44.16 s, silver went to South Africa with 44.61 s and the bronze medal went to Kenya with 45.44 s.
