Mercy Ntia-Obong (born October 4, 1997 ) is a Nigerian sprinter .

Athletic career

Mercy Ntia-Obong gained her first international experience at the U20 World Championships 2016 in Bydgoszcz , where she finished eighth in the 100-meter run in 11.79 s and did not start in the semi-finals over 200 meters. In 2018 she finished fifth over 100 meters in 11.69 seconds at the African Championships in Asaba . In the following year she reached the African Games in Rabat over 200 meters to the semi-finals, in which she was eliminated with 23.83 s and won the gold medal in the Nigerian 4 x 100 meter relay in 44.16 s.
