African Games 2019 / Athletics - 400 m hurdles of women
The women's 400 meter hurdles at the 2019 African Games took place on August 29th and 30th at the Stade Moulay Abdallah in Rabat .
14 hurdlers from nine countries took part in the competition. Vanice Kerubo Nyagisera won the gold medal with 56.95 s, silver went to Lamiae Lhabz with 56.97 s and Abasiamo Uwemedimo Akpan won the bronze medal with 57.66 s.
