Gebeyanesh Gedecha Kama (born November 21, 1998 ) is an Ethiopian hurdler .
Athletic career
Gebeyanesh Gedecha gained her first international experience in 2017 at the Junior African Championships in Tlemcen , where she won the bronze medal in the 100 meter hurdles in 15.03 seconds . In the following year she was eliminated from the African Championships in Asaba in the 400-meter hurdles in the preliminary round and finished fifth with the Ethiopian 4-by-400-meter relay in 3: 44.84 minutes. In 2019 she was eighth in 59.79 s at the Africa Games in Rabat .
In 2018 and 2019 Gedecha became Ethiopian champion in the 400 meter hurdles and in 2019 also over 100 m hurdles.
