High Land is a stretch of coast including the adjacent hinterland in East Antarctica . The area is in the Königin-Marie-Land and borders on the Kaiser Wilhelm II Land to the west .

German scientists from the Gauss expedition (1901–1903) led by Erich von Drygalski named it.
