Keene Charles Motukisi (born January 1, 1991 ) is a Botswana sprinter .

Athletic career

Keene Charles Motukisi gained his first experience in international championships at the Summer Universiade 2011 in Shenzhen , where he was eliminated in the first round of the 100-meter run with 11.15 s. In addition, he took fifth place in the Botswana 4 x 100 meter relay in 41.73 s and was used in the lead in the 4 x 400 meter relay. Two years later he made it to the quarter-finals of the Student World Games in the 100- and 200-meter run , in which he was eliminated with 10.72 s and 21.87 s respectively. In addition, he reached sixth place in the 4 x 400 meter relay in 3: 15.75 minutes. In 2016 he reached the semi-finals at the African Championships in Durban over 100 meters, where he was eliminated with 10.58 seconds. He also took seventh place in the 4 x 100 meter relay in 40.40 seconds. Two years later he retired at the African Championships in Asaba over 100 meters with 10.78 s in the first round and reached the semi-finals over 200 meters, in which he was eliminated with 21.54 s. In 2019 he took part in the Africa Games in Rabat for the first time , where he reached the semi-finals over 100 meters and was eliminated there with 10.71 seconds. In addition, he finished fifth with the 4 x 100 meter relay in 39.52 s.

In 2019 Motukisi became the Botswana champion in the 100-meter run.
