Galefele Moroko gained her first international experience at the 2013 African Youth Championships in Warri , where she won the bronze medal in 55.52 seconds. Then she was disqualified in the individual competition in the preliminary run at the youth world championships in Donetsk and could not qualify for the final even with the sprint relay (1000 meters). Then she retired at the Junior African Championships in Bambous with 57.73 s in the lead. Two years later she was seventh at the Junior African Championships in Addis Ababa in 60.16 s and then won in 3: 32.85 min at the Africa Games in Brazzaville with the 4 x 400 meter relay, after the team from Nigeria subsequently Has been disqualified for a doping offense. In 2019, Moroko again took part in the Africa Games in Rabat and won there with a new record of 51.30 s. In addition, she won the silver medal behind Nigeria in 3: 31.96 min. She also qualified for the World Championships in Doha , where she reached the semi-finals with a new record , but did not reach the finish line there.
