Tiltra Group was a transport infrastructure group of companies in Lithuania . She was active in Poland . The group companies (Lithuanian " Kauno tiltai ", "Kelda", the Polish "Tiltra PDM Bialystok", PEUIM, "Brux" and "Dalba" etc.) specialized in road, bridge, tunnel, airport, port and Engineering networks construction. The largest shareholder was the Lithuanian investment company " Invalda ".

In 2009 the company achieved sales of 1 billion litas . In April 2011 the Polish “Trakcja Polska” and the Lithuanian “Tiltra Group” merged to become “Trakcja-Tiltra”. Spanish " Comsa Emte " had 34.96% shares in the new company.
