Tim Tyler's Luck is the best-known comic strip by the American comic artist Lyman Young . The comic, which Bernd Dolle-Weinkauff counts as one of the "classics", appeared from 1928 to 1996 and was also represented under various titles in German-speaking countries.

Tim Tyler's Luck is the story of the orphan boy Tim Tyler, who dreams of becoming a pilot. As an office boy at an airline, he met Spud Savins, with whom he traveled to Africa, where most of the adventures have taken place since the early 1930s. During the Second World War , the two hired the coast guard to look for adventure again in Africa after the war.
