Tim Wilson (born March 12, 1980 in Melbourne ) is an Australian politician of the Liberal Party of Australia .

Life

Wilson graduated from Monash University . After graduating, he worked at the Institute of Public Affairs in Australia for several years, where he was director of climate change policy and free trade for seven years. Since July 2016 he has been a member of the Australian House of Representatives. On December 4, 2017, Wilson proposed marriage to future husband Ryan Bolger in the Australian House of Representatives during the debate on Marriage for All in Australia.
