action

Suomi Kyoko is celebrating its sixteenth birthday. But she can't be happy because she is supposed to be crown princess of the 30th century. She would like to be like all the other girls and hide from her classmates that she is a princess, which they find out in the course of the plot anyway. Kyoko could do without her princess existence if her twin sister Ui , who has been sleeping since birth, would wake up. This has to do with the fact that her sister is older and would therefore be the rightful Crown Princess. But in order to wake Ui, Kyoko has to ring the clock under Ui's bed. You can only do this with the twelve strands and their god stones . Kyoko himself is thatTime Stranger and can travel through time with her staff. Her two bodyguards Hizuki ( Ice Stranger ) and Sakataki ( Crystal Stranger ) accompany her. So the three of them plunge into the adventure after the stranglers and their god stones in order to wake Ui.

Characters

Kyoko ( 朱 臣 響 古 , Suomi Kyōko ) is the main character of the manga and the crown princess of the earth. At the age of 16 she was supposed to take over the throne, but she has no desire to do so. That's why she becomes a Time Stranger, because in order to wake her sleeping twin sister Ui, she has to find all the Stranger and their god stones. With her item, the Time Scorpion Cane , she can travel through time, which helps her to find the Strangers. Whenever she uses her wand, her hair turns red. She's the only one who does such a small transformation, the other Stranger don't change her appearance. Her time stone reacts to dignity, although her manner appears stormy. She likes to wear "IC" brand clothes, but usually doesn't behave very girlishly. Kyoko also has two bodyguards named Sakataki and Hizuki. The bodyguards protect them and even sleep in the same bed as Kyoko. Sakataki and Hizuki accompany Kyoko in search of the other 11 strangers. In addition, she is supposed to become the new goddess of time, since, as the manga opens, she is actually not Ui's sister, but the daughter of the time god. When she was born, Chronos (= god of time) asked her father to be allowed to transmit her spirit to her body, which he approved. Sixteen years later, however, after finding all the Stranger, Ui drives back into her body, whereupon Kyoko is excluded. Sakataki, however, is unwilling to give her up, creates a rift in the space-time structure and brings her spirit back, which ultimately drives into the body of the deceased wife of her "adoptive father". In the end, she remains a princess, even if Ui becomes crown princess, and marries Sakataki.

Sakataki ( 神 逆 滝 , Jin Sakataki ) is one of Kyoko's bodyguards. He is the leader of the Dragon Clan ( Ryūzoku ), although his brother Hizuki is older. As Ryūzoku he has the ability to transform into a little dragon, through this transformation he has already been able to protect Kyoko. If he is injured as a mini-dragon, he will feel these injuries even when he transforms himself back. He is much more serious and disciplined than his brother and is therefore the Crystal Stranger . His crystal sword can take different forms. He is in love with Kyoko.

Hizuki ( 神 氷 月 , Jin Hizuki ) is also Kyoko's bodyguard and the step-brother of Sakataki, since he was adopted by the Ryūzoku. Hizuki loves Kyoko. As the manga progresses, he becomes Kyoko's teacher so that he can always be with her. Furthermore, he is very smart, but also careless. He's also the Ice Stranger .

Karen ( 桃 人 華 蓮 , Momoto Karen ) is Kyoko's best friend and, like the rest of the class, didn't know that Kyoko was the Crown Princess. She is the head of the Flower Clan and Flower Stranger . She is also afraid of men.
