The Timor leather head ( Philemon inornatus ) is a Southeast Asian representatives of the bird family of honeyeater (Meliphagidae).

features

The Timorskin head has a brownish plumage, whereby the underside of the bird is clearly lighter, up to a whitish brown. Its black, slightly curved beak is almost the same length as its head.

Occurrence and habitat

The species occurs only on Timor and the offshore island of Semau to the west . Here he lives in the woods and fields up to an altitude of 2200  m .
