Timothy Decker (born February 10, 1973 ) is a retired Australian cyclist .

Timothy Decker finished third in the 1999 Melbourne to Warrnambool Cycling Classic . The next year he took second place. In 2007, at the age of 34, he won the race. In the overall ranking of the UCI Oceania Tour 2008 , he finished tenth. Decker has been Sports Director at the Australian Continental Team Panasonic since October 2008 .
