Tine Lindhardt

Tine Lindhardt (born November 16, 1957 in Nørresundby ) is a Danish Lutheran bishop .

Life

Lindhardt studied Protestant theology and passed the candidate exam at Aarhus University in 1984 . After her ordination in 1985, she was responsible for various parish parish offices and from 1998 was responsible for the Mennesker og tro program on Danmarks Radio . From 2003 to 2010 she was general secretary of the Danish Bible Society , then parish pastor in Odense . Lindhardt has been the successor of Kresten Drejergaard Bishop of the Diocese of Funen in the Danish People's Church since 2012 .

She was married to the Danish Lutheran theologian Jan Holger Lindhardt until his death and has two children with him.
