Tino Hausotte

Tino Hausotte (* 1969 ) is a German university professor .

Tino Hausotte studied electrical engineering at the Faculty of Computer Science and Automation at the Technical University of Ilmenau . Between January 1995 and March 2011 he was a research assistant at the mechanical engineering faculty of the Technical University . In July 2002 he did his doctorate on nanopositioning and nanomeasuring machines and in March 2011 he completed his habilitation on nanopositioning and nanomeasuring machines - devices for high-precision macro- to nano-scale surface and coordinate measurements. In 2002 he received the Thuringian Research Prize . Since 2011 he has held the chair for production metrology at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg .
