procedure

Ten titles were placed each. The titles were played from 10th to 1st place. The vote was carried out by voting by postcard or letter. Part of the program was an extensive evaluation of comments from readers' letters, which was carried out shortly before the announcement of the top places. In addition, new pieces were presented that could also be chosen. The re-election was limited to eight weeks, then the title - regardless of the placement - had to be eliminated.
