Titular diocese of Hirta
Hirta is a titular bishopric of the Roman Catholic Church .
It goes back to an earlier diocese of the ancient city of the same name in the Roman province of Mesopotamia in today's Iraq . In July 2004 it was established by Pope John Paul II as a titular bishopric.
